We are excited to begin our 2016-17 school year!!! We have 4 great amazing groups and we are ready to learn!

Back to School
Ms. Carson has started a yoga class for our little kids one day and older another. The children start their day off with some serious stretching and relaxation time.
Science themes for the month:

Character
Monsters at School
We sorted pictures of GOOD monster behavior and BAD monster behavior at school.
Bubbles
Next, we went outside for some bubble fun. The students has to CONTROL their body by seeing bubbles all around them, but they could not pop them. Who could sit the longest without popping the bubbles??? Then, they could go and pop as many as they would like. :)
Senses
We sorted objects by what sense we use for them.
Plants
We watched videos about plants, read books and planted grass!
Solar System
After listening to a book about our Solar System, we matched the planets to complete our own solar system.

It was an amazing 1st month here at ABC!!! We are ready for Fall and Halloween next month!
